LSR Wellness is a growing concierge medical practice providing high-quality, patient-centered care. As the practice expanded- opening a new clinic location and welcoming additional doctors- they needed their digital presence to reflect the level of care, professionalism, and trust patients experience in person.
The Challenge
When LSR Wellness came to us, they didn’t have the time, capacity, or internal expertise to manage email marketing or social media consistently. Their digital presence felt static and outdated, and they didn’t feel proud of how the brand showed up online. Most importantly, they lacked a clear, ongoing way to communicate with both existing patients and the broader community about their growth and new offerings.
Objectives & Goals
The goal was to elevate LSR Wellness’s entire online presence- from their website to social media, email marketing, and visual assets- to increase visibility, clearly communicate their expansion, and attract new patients, especially for their new clinic location.

Before we began managing their Instagram, posting was inconsistent and lacked both strategy and visual cohesion. The feed didn’t reflect the professionalism, warmth, or expertise of the practice.
Since starting together, LSR Wellness now posts three times per week with a clear, value-driven content strategy that blends clinic updates with educational insights from their doctors, and their following has grown from roughly 300 to over 1,500.

Instagram Follower Growth
In four months, monthly views grew from 133 to over 48,000 at peak, total engagement increased from single digits to 500+ per month, and follower growth accelerated significantly—with gains reaching as high as 283 new followers in a single month.
